Answer: Introduction: The concerned business report shall assist to understand and study all about the motivational factor of the employee plus how this such a kind of the motivation shall affect the positive performance of that concerned employee, or this may also be explained in other words like, the study which concerns the relationship that lies between the job performance and employee motivation. This research process material of the ASDA shall ensure that the concept of the subject matter is well understood, which concerns the motivational factor of the employee. The research shall in another manner also clear the business importances of motivation on any of the company or an organization (Kuvaas and Dysvik, 2009)The basic theories of the motivation of an employee, main role and aim of the staff or the employee motivation in regard to the job is the satisfaction plus about the main factors that are mainly responsible for the motivation of the employee and ultimately for the rise of the growth of the organisation. The employee motivation is and has always been the most significant factors which are responsible for the comprehensive driving up of the performance of an organisation and also plays an important role in further enhancing the quality of the performance. Thus, in simple words, the Employee motivation may also be explained or understood as the few sets of the vital factors that are mainly responsible for the particular behaviour of any of the person in so many and certain ways (Matsidiso Nehemia Naong, 2012). The Employee motivation firstly motivating the employee towards the better quality of the work, but also it works upon for the achievement of the set goals of the organisation. Research Questions: The focus of the research is to analyse the whether the strategies of the employment motivation in the organisation of the ASDA is to be associated with many different variables such as the relationships of the employees with the supervisors; the overall atmosphere of the work; to provide the safe environment to the employees(Greener, 2008). For this context of the employee motivation in the ASDA, the research questions are as follows: Analysing the factors which are influencing the motivation of the employees in the organisation of the ASDA How the working hours of an organisation are influencing the motivation of the employees in the organization? Influence of the relationship between the employee and supervisor on the employee motivation ? Whether, the employee motivation is also influenced by the healthy and the safe environment of the organisation. ? Research Questions: The appropriate focus of the research mainly is to understand and analyse that whether or not the strategies concerning the employment motivation of an organisation refer the ASDA is to be carefully connected and associated with so many of the varied variables like the relationships of the staff with their supervisors, the complete work atmosphere, to make sure that safe working culture and environment is being provided to the staff at work. Refer this context in regard to the staff motivation at the ASDA, the main research queries and questions are as below: Carefully understand and analysing the main factors that are influencing the appropriate motivation level of the employees who all are working in the organisation of the ASDA? How shall the hours of working of any of the organisation influence the level of employee motivation in that organization? Vital Influence of the personal as well as the professional relationship that lies among the supervisor and the e mployee on the level of employee motivation? If or not, the concerned employee motivation is influenced and altered by the safe and the healthy work environment of the concerned organisation? Research Methodology The research design is related to the study that will incorporate with the quantitative method of the research, and the process includes the measures for developing the questionnaire which will help in collecting the data or the responses to such questions (Syafii et al., 2015). The approach which is important and is required in order to compute the data collected during the session so that data collected is to be converted into the form of the numeric and can be easily measured numerically. Research Process: The research process will help in identifying any issues related to the motivation of the employees towards the organization. Firstly the research process will help in recognizing any issues or problems related to the research. Then the research questions will be found which will help in the outcome of the research. (Dasgupta, 2013) The research process will then focus on the research methodologies which will be the qualitative research methodologies. In the research process, the data will also be collected from the surveys and the interviews which are to be conducted on the ASDA employees. The research process will help in identifying various methods which will benefit or improve the employee motivation. Such measures will be evaluated which will result in an improved employee motivation. In the research process, the main target of the research will be the employees of the ASDA. The research process will include the sample size of almost 50 employees from the 300 employees. Almost 96% of the employees which are targeted must participate in the survey. Hypotheses: The research is based on the two hypotheses of the employee motivation which is considered as: The impact or significance of the motivation in ever-increasing the organization ASDA performance. Motivation has no significant impact on the increasing performance of the Asda organization. Data Collection and Data Analysis: In this Research Proposal, the two different types of the data collection methods will be used. The data collection and the Data Analysis will be done in the cases where the employees are being motivated and also interviewed at regular intervals. Such employees have given great results through their performances and the boost employees with motivation results into productivity and the bonuses and incentives at the year end. Interviews of such motivated employees are of very rapid personality and should be performed regularly. Employees must participate in such Questionnaire and surveys with full zeal and zest which will help to remove any issues related to the workplace (Matsidiso Nehemia Naong, 2012). With the data collection method and analysis will help the organization reach some constructive outcomes. Expected Outcomes: The business proposal Focuses mainly on the employee motivation and its relation to the employee performance. ASDA creates a belief on the fact that the performance of the employee is directly connected with the motivation and the appreciation which the employee receives in the forms of the rewards and perks from the organization. The business proposal plays a significant role in understanding the perception of the employee regarding the growth and the productivity of the organization (Webb, 2007).
